He currently works with Associated Psychotherapists and has over ten years of clinical experience. Jason is going to be speaking to us about stress\, how stress affects us\, and how we can learn to manage stress in a healthy way. \n\nWe will be meeting at Box Elder County Credit Union 1023 South Medical Drive Brigham City (Come into the building and take the elevator down to the bottom floor. Do not take the stairs because the doors are locked with a code. When you get off the elevator\, go to the right and follow the hall.
