Brigham City Rotary Club Present's "Greatest Wild Bird" Challenge
The Brigham City Rotary Club Presents the "Greatest Wild Bird" Challenge:
Participants will have 24 hours to identify and photograph (if desired) as many species of birds as they can. You can participate as individuals or as groups. Individuals and groups with the most birds identified will be given a prize at the event closing ice cream social at 5 PM. Saturday, May 21. Prizes will also be awarded for the best photographs (One photo only per participant.) All participants will receive a T-Shirt for the event.
$35 for group of 4 or $10/individual
If you need help with bird identification go to the gift shop at the bird refuge. They have a glossy bird foldout as well as books with more in depth identification and information for purchase.
At the ice cream social, prizes will be awarded for the most bird species identified and for outstanding photographs. The social will be at Rotary Constitution Park from 5 PM - 6 PM, Saturday, May 21. You can pick up your T-shirts at the social or if you want them before the event, you can pick them up at the Brigham City Chamber of Commerce Building, 6 North Main, on Friday, May 20th between 9 AM and 5 PM.
