Join us for an exciting send-off to the exhibit, Uncovering the Journey: Japanese American Pioneers in Box Elder County at the Brigham City Museum! Saturday, June 21st will be a day of reflection, celebration, and community connection. The festivities kick off at 11:00AM with a performance by the Ogden Buddhist Taiko Drummers! Immediately following the drummers, the Museum will present a special selection of oral histories collected during the run of the exhibit, and introduce the community to some of the oral history participants. But that’s not all! We invite you to contribute your own voice to history at our Speak your Story booth. Record your thoughts, reflections on the exhibit, or personal connections. Finally, take this last chance to explore the Uncovering the Journey exhibit before it departs. This program has received funding from the Utah Humanities and the Utah Historical Society.
