Eggs and Issues Breakfast
Customer Service Topic May's Eggs and Issues Topic: When the Chamber did a survey earlier this year the most request topic was Customer Service and so we are so excited to offer May's Eggs and Issues topic. The breakfast will be held at the Bear River Valley Senior Center (510 West 1000 North Tremonton). This informative and fast moving seminar demonstrates how customer service is more than “give ‘em the pickle” or “the customer is always right” or some other “feel good” slogan. It is your business, no matter what business you are in. Participants will experience a new perspective and attitude about customer service. Through real world examples you will learn who your customers are (which might surprise you), what is exceptional customer service, how to provide it, and why customer service will work for you. You will explore how the customer service experience can be magic or misery for you and your customers. Differentiate your business and put the “WOW!” into your business and watch your profits soar. You will never look at customer service the same after being a part of this seminar. Please RSVP to Shelley@boxelderchamber.com or by calling 435-723-3931.
