Engaging Recognizing & Retaining Employees
Engaging, Recognizing, and Retaining Employees With employees staying at a job for only two to four years, most employers are struggling to figure out the secret recipe for keeping employees happy and extending their longevity at work. This workshop is for all levels of leadership. We focus on approaches that solicit authentic feedback from employees. We then focus the discussion on tools to create genuine job satisfaction (and we’ll dive a little deeper than suggesting you buy a foosball table and beanbag chairs). This is an interactive workshop. The discussion will focus on the following:
• Factors that contribute to our current employee retention challenges
• Realistic incentives that are proven to foster genuine engagement
• How to establish meaningful recognition programs
• Strategies to foster workplace growth and loyalty.
Hollie Doyle is the trainer and facilitator of the training sessions. Throughout Hollie’s career, she had the opportunity to work closely with companies all over the world. This provided an in-depth opportunity to peel back the layers of many different organizations to learn what leadership strategies work, how they are applied, and how they can be shared. Hollie offers an unprecedented opportunity to view some of the best leaders in America and to discuss their leadership strategies within her workshops. Because most of us are not naturally born with leadership talents, Hollie develops workshops specifically tailored to teach hands-on, practical leadership skills relevant to the workplace. More than simply talking about theories, Hollie is passionate about providing applicable tools that you can use at work immediately. Hollie graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Professional and Technical Writing. She married her lifetime sweetheart, Kelly. They have three handsome sons: Lincoln, Luke and Benjamin. Outside of work, Hollie and her family stay busy camping, fishing, hiking, and building rockets. Hollie has had chronic hiccups for over 20 years. You’ll hear them.
