Mission at Maple Springs Ribbon Cutting & Open House

Come join us at the Mission at Maple Springs Ribbon Cutting ceremony and open house on April 12 beginning at noon. We will begin with ribbon cutting and then they will offer tours of the new facility. Look forward to seeing you there.  Their new community includes:  16 Lighthouse (Memory Care) Room, 41 Skilled Nursing Rooms and complements Maples Springs 32 assisted living apartments and 44 independent living apartments.
