Come and learn how to prevent type 2 diabetes through the National Diabetes Prevention program, an evidence based lifestyle change program. Throughout the program you will learn healthy eating strategies, how to become more active, and how to cope with triggers. The goal of the program is to lose 5-7% of your total body weight and get 150 minutes of physical activity each week.
