Utah’s original steak house since 1949. Maddox offers American Cuisine. We serve the finest steak, chicken, seafood, and bison. We are famous for our fried chicken, turkey steaks, and shrimp steaks. We have heavenly homemade desserts, homemade rolls, and cornbread served with our raspberry honeybutter. We have home-brewed sodas and a children’s menu. Closed Sundays and Mondays.
