About Us

Vias RD is a Utah-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating ways out of poverty for Dominican youth and families through education, athletics, mentorship, and opportunity. Working primarily in Barahona, Dominican Republic, Vias RD partners with local leaders, schools, churches, and community members to provide resources and programs that help young people build brighter futures.

Through educational support, leadership development, baseball and athletic programming, mentorship initiatives, and community outreach, Vias RD seeks to address both immediate needs and long-term opportunities. The organization believes that lasting change happens when individuals are equipped with the knowledge, relationships, character, and opportunities needed to thrive.

Founded on the principle that every young person deserves the chance to reach their God-given potential, Vias RD serves as a bridge between communities, supporters, and local partners working together to create sustainable impact in the Dominican Republic.
